OUR STORY
“Our focus is our people, our customers, and providing fresh, affordable, quality quick eats, customized just for you. Our only limit is your imagination.”
VISION
It all started when I realized we had an opportunity to be apart of redesigning the interior spaces, and change the food and beverage options inside the State Capitol to reflect what the region has to offer as California’s agriculture industry is a major player in the state’s economy. We will promote working with local businesses and sourcing the best products and ingredients to provide an amazing experience for all. We make all of our soups, sandwiches, salads, entrees and pastries in house every morning led by an exceptional culinary team. Having our businesses at the State Capitol is not only an opportunity, it’s also a privilege.

MISSION
We pride ourselves in committing our time to our customers, employees and our planet. When using our catering service or stepping foot into one of our establishments, our staff will ensure you’re feeling comfortable from start to finish.

We all come from different walks of life but strive for making genuine connections. Our passion and respect shows in our products and services, ultimately fulfilling our ultimate goal…customer satisfaction. ~Jenn Crabbé

Jimmy Crabbé
Owner & Manager
Jimmy Crabbé, a former 20 year senior executive with UPS, has applied best business practices to the multiple business he has consulted for or has invested in. Today, he spends a good amount of time managing all back-office functions at Statehouse including financial controls, Human Resources, IT and Administrative functions. According to Jimmy, the restaurant business is very tough and is a highly volatile business with rapidly increasing or changing costs, having the necessary data to closely monitor and manage all cost elements are crucial to running a sustainable profitable business. Having the right processes, supported by good technology, great people and the right performance metrics is the mantra Jimmy manages all of his business by, including Statehouse.
